Whitney Archer
With a background in trauma-informed community work and over ten years in the non-profit sector, Whitney brings a deeply relational and equity-driven lens to the AGGV Board. Raised in Victoria and now a mother of three, she is passionate about creating inclusive, welcoming spaces where children, families, and underrepresented communities—including those historically excluded or erased from dominant cultural narratives—can feel a sense of belonging in the arts. Whitney begins a Master of Social Work in the fall and has served on the AGGV Board since 2023.
