Family Sunday – Strong Women, Strong World
Mar 16 | 2:00 pm - 4:00 pmIn celebration of International Women’s Day, we’re excited to honour the amazing women in our lives and worldwide!
Join special guest artist, Aya Behr as they help you make an identity collage! Get creative making your very own wearable pop art pendants that celebrate female empowerment, and make colourful flower bouquets to honour the important women in your life, inspired by our From Warhol to Banksy exhibition. You’ll also have the chance to learn about and paint powerful women from both the past and present in Andy Warhol’s unique style. Don’t forget to go a fun scavenger hunt that the whole family will love to discover some incredible female artists featured in our current exhibitions at the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria!
