Carol Anne Harper
President
Carol Anne Harper has been the Board President since June 2023. She has volunteered with the Gallery Associates for over 10 years, involved in key fund-raising initiatives such as the annual House Tour and the Sunday Art Lecture Series, and as President from 2019-2021. For much of her career, Carol Anne served as an Executive Director with the British Columbia government, involved with policy, legislation and strategic planning. She has an adjunct appointment at the School of Public Administration, University of Victoria, and holds graduate degrees in Community Development from the University of Alberta and in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
