Carol Anne Harper
President
Before stepping into the role of Board President in 2023, Carol Anne Harper was the First Vice-President since June 2021. . She has volunteered for almost ten years with the Gallery Associates, involved key fund-raising initiatives, such as the annual House Tour and the Sunday Art Lecture Series, and as President from 2019-2021. For much of her career, Carol Anne served as an Executive Director with the British Columbia government, involved with policy, legislation and strategic planning. She has an adjunct appointment at the School of Public Administration, University of Victoria, and holds graduate degrees in Community Development from the University of Alberta and in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
