Activating Emily

This dynamic, educational and fun new resource invites you to experience renowned BC artist Emily Carr’s artwork and stories in unique ways. Respond to Carr’s art with your whole body, learn about Indigenous plants the artist was surrounded by as she created, play with colour, learn about Carr’s family history while exploring your own, and much more. Featuring knowledge sharing and stories from Ethnobotanist and Lekwungen leader, Cheryl Bryce, and an appearance by performance artist Judith Price.
