Iris Nardini is a figurative sculptor with studios in British Columbia and Portland.
She works in clay, bronze, and steel to explore the formal tensions of the human body. Interested in lines and movement Iris often situates her subjects within spaces and objects that are rife with symbolic meaning.
Iris received her BA from the University of California and continued her studies at the University of Victoria and remains steadfast in her commitment to furthering her education in all aspects of sculpture.
She currently spends time between studios in Canada, the US, and Florence, Italy.
