House Tour 2022: Video Edition
ART MEETS ARCHITECTURE
Get your ticket! Don’t miss the exciting virtual return of the Gallery Associates House Tour – where art meets architecture and more!
The Gallery Associates are celebrating 70 years of supporting the AGGV with their beloved and longest-running annual fundraiser that always delights – the House Tour! This year’s event presents a rare video series featuring unique homeowner-led tours of remarkable houses.
Perched on steep slopes, nestled into woodlands, or blending with the beach, each home has a special relationship with its location and a unique story to tell. Join us as each host warmly welcomes us and shares their favourite architectural and design features, personal anecdotes of creating their spaces – and as always, art.
From the comfort of your own home, explore the striking West Coast architecture of five spectacular dwellings such as an extraordinary Modernist house and garden, tranquility as leafy inside as out, clean coastal ambiance for a growing family, and an island treasure that will surprise you.
This year’s special tour is made possible by the generosity of the homeowners and our sponsors, and of our professional filmmakers – Daniel Gooda, Alice Huzar, and Paulina Ortlieb – and Architectural Photographer Roger Brooks.
We hope you enjoy these beautiful and very personal home tours.
5 houses, 5 films, 1 ticket! Tickets are $35 and are available for sale beginning Sept 1.
The videos are available to view as often as you like between Sept 18 2022 and Feb 1 2023 (video link and more detailed house descriptions will be sent via automatic email before the opening date).
Produced by the Gallery Associates. Funds raised support Gallery programs, art acquisition and exhibitions.
