How far in advance should I book my visit?
Self-guided: Minimum one week in advance.
Guided: Minimum two weeks in advance.
How many supervisors do I need for my school group?
For safety and security, a minimum number of adult supervisors is required to accompany each school group (please see below for details). There is no charge for the required number of adult supervisors. Additional adults beyond the required supervisors will be charged the student rate. Groups arriving without the required adult supervisor–to–student ratio cannot participate in the workshop.
Teachers/adult supervisors are required to stay with their groups for the duration of the visit. Appropriate student behaviour is the sole responsibility of the teacher/adult supervisors.

K to Grade 3 – 1:5 students
Grades 4 to 6 – 1:8 students
Grades 7 to 8 – 1:10 students
Grades 9 to 12 – 1:15 students
Post-Secondary – 1:class
Do I need to prepay to secure my booking?
Full payment is required upon booking to confirm reservations for facilitated workshops.
What if I need to make changes to the number of students in my group?
Changes to the number of students participating in your program will be accepted up to two weeks prior to the day of visit.
What if I need to cancel my visit?
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing at the AGGV via email up to two weeks prior to pre-booked visit. A full refund will be issued to the original cardholder. If a cancellation is received less than two weeks prior to the day of visit, the AGGV will retain any payment.
