Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are advised that, to be eligible for consideration as a Board Director for the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria, the following criteria must be met: Pursuant to section 44 of the Societies Act, each Director shall be an individual who: i. is at least 18 years of age; ii. has not been found by a court in Canada or elsewhere to be incapable of managing their own affairs; and iii. does not have the status of bankrupt.
