AGGV Internal Facility Booking

INSTRUCTIONS:

1) For staff to book space in the Gallery for meetings, events, and more, please fill out the form below.

2) Before submitting your booking request, please review the facility booking calendar here to ensure availability.

3) Please email facilitybookings@aggv.ca if you are canceling this calendar event or if you have updates or other special requests. 

*You will receive a calendar invite from facilitybookings@aggv.ca as your confirmation for the booking. The calendar invite and confirmation will be sent to the email address that you include in the form. After your event is confirmed, you will receive an email requesting your event plan. *It is recommended that you submit your event plan 3 months prior to your event to ensure success.
