URBANITE

Friday, November 5th from 8:00 – 11:00 pm
Inspired by Daniel Laskarin’s Agnostic Objects (things persist) exhibition
Live multimedia performance by Eden Veaudry and Justin Love
Artist tour with Daniel Laskarin

Eden Veaudry and Justin Love will engage in a live performance that transforms a drawing surface into an emergent multimedia interface. Sensors under the drawing surface record the sounds and gestures of Love and Veaudry and the traces of graphite and paint they leave become part a "living" circuit that is incorporated into a hand-made electronic instrument. A live feed of the performance will be projected onto a large screen and special hand-drawn symbols on the drawing surface will be transformed into live video within the projected image.

Admission: $13 | $11 Members
