Mona Chai
Mona’s connection with the Gallery began as a member of the Associates, in 2017, a year after she and her husband had settled down in Victoria. As an art lover, her activities in the Gallery led to her involvement with the AGGV Advancement Committee, among others. Mona holds a degree in EMBA and was engaged in business operation and management for many years before coming to Canada. Her retirement from the business world rekindled her childhood passion in painting and calligraphy. She has a keen appreciation for Chinese art and culture and has been serving as a board member of Victoria Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Association since its establishment in 2019.
