DescriptionTwo pieces. The skirt is made of a pale blue-grey silk woven with a hidden pattern of mystic knots & flowers/ There is an identical embroidered panel at the the front & the back of the skirt. Motifs used in the panels include many different kinds of butterflies( symbol of joy & summer), & flowers of the 4 seasons: peony(spring), lotus(summer), chrysanthemum(autumn), & plum(winter). The blue floral embroidered borders are decorated with motifs of butterflies, peonies & plum blossoms. Smaller panels are decorated with sprays of chrysanthemums, peony, plum & orchidStatus
