DescriptionA woman's unlined coat made of a black silk damask figured with dragon roundels in offset repeating rows, and with bands of embroidered white satin, on cuffs, yoke and front facings and lower borders. Embroidery depicts scenes in cartouches primarily with flowers, birds, deer, and butterflies with couched gold geometric fill. This is surrounded with blue satin binding and three kinds of figured silk ribbons. The coat has 5 gold-plated? rosette buttons and loops.
