DescriptionRounded blue silk hat has a wide turned up brim of black seal skin and two long ribbons at the back. Ribbons are decorated with appliqued embroideries of flowers and a butterfly and attach (hook) to the dome through a slot in the brim. the dome is decorated with a section of black silk with appliqued embroidered floral motifs and with a corded blue silk knot at top centre.
