DescriptionCloth and metal shin armour wraps around the leg and is secured with cloth ties through two sets of loops. Shin areas are covered with long metal strips joined with fine metal links and back portions with shorter metal strips; all sewn onto the fabric of the armour. There is a silk brocade and leather section at top, and a knee section above this decorated with laced ribbons and embroidery on a blue wool fabric. Backing is dark blue cotton.
