Descriptiontriptych; a group of actors in the foreground with the skyline of Asukusa behind them. At left, two men in red and white striped paints and caps drift through the sky, one attached to a balloon and the other hanging from a striped parachute. One scatters small tickets from his outstretched hand as he falls. The men at left watch with interest, one shielding his eyes with his hand as he looks up. They have cropped modern Meiji haircuts and the fellow at right holds a small Western baseball-style cap, while the women are traditionally dressed.
