DescriptionCloisonnÚ lidded censer of rounded hexagonal form on three short legs. The lid in blue, green, yellow, red and white enamels on a turquoise ground with cloud scrolls with three panels of Buddhist symbols of bell, canopy and paired fish separating apertures. A border of lappets around the lid. A matching band of lappets around the top of the body which is decorated with panels of Buddhist symbols of bell, paired fish, conch, shell, vase and canopy, in red green, yellow, white, blue and "salami" enamels surrounded by cloud scrolls. The three legs each with a lotus flower on the knee, and lotus panels around the feet.
