Simeonie Quppapik (1909-1995) was born in Cape Dorset, in 1909. He was the brother of artists Pudlo
Pudlat and Osoochiak Pudlat, but was adopted and raised by another family in Cape Dorset. Over 20
works of the artist are in other Canadian collections, none with the AGGV.
