DescriptionThe chair has a primitively carved crest of sinewy tendrils terminating in two rosettes and stiff leaves. The uprights have carved pyramids at the top. The back is carved with a lozenge pattern in the centre of a solid panel, and the whole is morticed and tenoned to the uprights with noticable oak dowels. The legs are lathe turned balusters.Status
