DescriptionSteel bladed knife with iron & steel tsuba & pommel; hilt bound in Jabara-maki (herringbone) style, using silk koto string; case is wood with red lacquer with a flower design; the end of the case & proximal area is covered with iron & steel; the case has 2 slots, on either side of the case, to accommodate a small knife (kazuka) & a skewer (kogai) which is detachable into two parts (so that it can be used as chopsticks)Status
