DescriptionA bronze ferrule or decorative parasol or umbrella ends depicting a zoomorphic (?) animal head facing downwards with a detailed pattern on its surface. The hook extends out from the top of the animal's head and the tapering bottom apears to be extending from the animal's mouth. A uniform perforation is on one side (to attach?). (Green corrosion and accretion ofver much of the surface).Status
