Descriptiontriptych; A large shogan's pleasure boat (Tenchimaru) with two more following in the distance (Ho-o maru and Hachimanmaru), are travelling down the Sumida river to view the cherry blossoms. Lower deck of the boat is filled with oarsmen and the upper deck has the shogan and entourage along with many banners and flags. There are many smaller boats in a line along side.
