DescriptionDepiction of the busy Nihonbashi Bridge in Tokyo, which bustles with traffic. At right, a carriage full of foreigners crosses into the street, drawn by a team of two horses. In the center, a bearded Westerner in a red coat rides a curious three-wheeled machine, using handles to steer it. At right, laborers push and pull a cart piled with straw-wrapped bundles, a beauty and a man walking behind them. Warehouses line the river, with a notice board at left and a view of Mt. Fuji in the distance. Triptych.Status
