DescriptionTriptych depicting a busy bridge over a river during the Meiji era. Horse-drawn streetcars carry passengers down tracks running accross the scene, while carriages, rickshaws and pedestrians share the road. Warehouses line the waterfront, with rooftops spreading out on either side, and a castle nestled among the trees at the upper right. Mt. Fuji can be seen in the background, rising above the flags blowing in the wind.
