DescriptionA gilt bronze ornament that would possibly adorn a horse bridle or saddle. It has three appendages that are joined by a raised dome in the centre and extend outwards. The top surface is of intricate design and has perforations (likely due to wearing or corrosion), and there is a grey metal plate (tinned?) attached to the back with a piece of material (leather?) in between. Green corrosion appears on top surface and side edges.
