Descriptionlidded; round silver box has a carved cover design of a seated figure with joined hands and deep sleeves, incised key fret border. Body has finely executed carved designs of four of the Eight Immortals; Chung-Li Ch'uan with his fan, Lu-Tung-Pin and his fly whisk, Li t'ieh-Kuai and his double gourd and Han Hsiang-Tzu and his flute. There is a finely stippled background.Status
