Descriptionsilver water pipe; body has a band of cloisonne decoration with floral motifs on sides & ??? on narrow ends; hinged lid; red silk thong extends from bowl to stem; a long thin pair of silver tweezers are attached to the stem; these fit into a compartment in the pipe; also fitting into this compartment is a thin silver device with a wider hollow end; thong has a small brass medallion
