Descriptionportfolio made from woodcut and lithograph prints mounted to lightweight cardboard and designed for a dealer to carry prints; four sides fold over each other to create an enclosed folder; exterior features a woodcut triptych of people arriving at a fine Western-style stone building decorated with Japanese flags and red paper lanterns. Some of the guests wear traditional Japanese dress while others wear European fashions, including full bustled skirts and top hats. The exterior also features two panels from another woodcut triptych showing people seated inside a building on the main floor and in a balcony. The inside of the portfolio includes offset lithographs of two beatuies and two Lucky Gods scenes.
