Descriptiondeep dish in the form of a half-shell has four lobes, with the fourth, much smaller lobe ending in the join of the shell where the rim broadens to form a flat handle with raised moulding in rococco style picked out in gilt. A deep blue ground on inside walls & well of plate has a large circular reserve in centre & three mirror reserves evenly spaced around it. All four reserves contain delicately painted polychrome floral sprays & are trimmed with gilt. A gilt design decorates the blue ground between reserves. Rim of dish is white with moulded ribbing accented by a shell motif & gilt trim
