DescriptionFerry man Sanjuro (played by Kataoka Ichizo), Kizu Kansuke (Jitsukawa Ensaburo) and Horiguchi Manemon (Ichikawa Ebizo) are fighting in the rain in the play, "Saonouta Kizugawa Hakkei) performed at Naka Theatre in August, 1849. Two men have swords and the third man carries a long wooden paddle-like weapon.
