Family Sundays

Next up for Family Sunday:

Sense of Awe

Sunday May 19 | 2-4pm

Create abstract landscapes inspired by Emily Carr’s artwork from the newly opened exhibition, A View From Here. By using colour, shape, and brushstroke, Carr was able to convey the sense of awe she felt in the forest around our city. Families will be dazzled by the Ging Wu West Lion Dancers’ music and performances throughout the day in honour of Asian Heritage Month. Inspired by Andy Lou’s awe-inspiring landscapes, create a one-of-a-kind artwork using ink and paint. These are just a handful of the exciting activities planned to leave families in awe this Family Sunday.
