Art in Bloom 2011

What’s going to be the hottest ticket in town?  An all inclusive, all lectures pass for Art in Bloom 2011- a week long celebration of fine art, florals and all things botanical. The bi-annual fundraiser heralds the beginning of spring to Vancouver Island and supports the many AGGV exhibitions and programs that enrich all of our lives. Art in Bloom highlights the talents of local and international artists, designers, floral arrangers and garden experts.  This year’s exceptional event will be capped off with a red carpet gala held in the new Atrium building.

Four special exhibitions related to the garden, flowers and the landscape will set the stage.

Lectures

The lecture series cannot be missed. You will be inspired, enlightened, captivated.

Workshops

For those who love “hands- on”, there will be a very special opportunity to explore new ideas in floral design.

Art in Bloom will end in a fabulous Gala event entitled The Hanging Gardens of Babylon which will take place in the new Atrium Building on April 2nd.
