Nishiyama Kan'ei

Son and pupil of Nishiyama Hoen. Lived and worked in Osaka. Served the Akashi clan as a Confucian scholar. A skillful painter of landscapes and kachoga (Flowers and Birds decorative style) his work follows the Shijo manner.
