DescriptionNetsuke depicts the figure of a male acrobat in Chinese costume holding a ball in each hand. Right arm proper is raised to shoulder and right foot proper is lifted up. Carved pattern on back of costume has been inlaid with a white stone. There are remnants of red and black pigment in the details. Two perforations are on back.
